- Create Invoice from Opportunity with all or selected lines, or based on revenue/quantity schedules. Custom fields are copied from the opportunity to the invoice (Video).
- Create Invoices from Time & Expense reports. Define time billing rates on Resource level with specific pricing for Accounts, Contracts, Projects. Resources allow you to have different billing rates for the same person (Video).
- Document Types allow multiple invoice types with full control over individual document numbers and formats - including optional support of gapless numbering. Create different document types. e.g. for domestic and international invoices or credit memos. Report by Document Type.
- Document Types also allow to use the system for Quotes or Proposals with the ability to convert them later into Invoices.
- Complete Tax support including Sales/Use Tax, Canadian Tax and VAT
- Payment Terms can be defined as default on the account for Customer or Vendor invoices.
Flexible definition with payment discount days and percentage with simple due days or relative
due days like following Friday, last day in month or fifth of the following month.
Define the text to be printed on the invoice including variables like discount payment amount or due date.
The payment term text template allows you to have full control about content and wording of the payment term. - Synchronize Address with billing address in the Account record in case it needs to be updated.
