Accorto - Salesforce ISV Application Partner

We discovered Compiere [Accorto's previous product], signed as a Partner and attended a 5-day training course in June 2003. The training course exposed us to a depth of functionality and a rapid development model that really impressed us.
The stability of the product was good and was improved as Jorg and Kathy responded rapidly to feedback from ourselves and other partners. The rate of improvement was possible only due to the huge personal efforts of Kathy and Jorg.
We made sales based on the standard functionality of the product but other sales were made due to Jorg both agreeing to provide and delivering additional functions to meet particular prospect's needs - sometimes within a matter of days.
Our support needs were ably met by Kathy who helped us increase our own product expertise. Between 2003 and 2006, with Jorg and Kathy's help, our small team installed around 20 systems ranging from 5 users up to 80 users."
