Accorto has two Cloud Workbenches, Opportunity and Time & Expense. If you have installed Accorto Cloud Plus or Accorto Cloud Time & Expense, both workbenches are included in the application and therefore you can skip the Workbench Installation instructions. You should however, complete Workbench Setup described below.
Workbench Setup
When the Workbench is first installed, you must create at least one definition. You can have multiple definitions for different users or groups, but at least one must exist. It is a simple process where you define the fields you want to display in the list view and the fields you want to summarize by, group by and what dates are to be used for time charting. All standard salesforce fields are available along with any custom fields you may have.
Any user with read/write access to the Workbench Setup can perform these tasks.
After installation simply select the Workbench Setup tab. This can be accessed via All Tabs or from the link or icon in the Workbench window.

Select the object the workbench is for (e.g. Opportunities or T&E Items). If this workbench is for a specific user, indicate it here. Then select the Create button.

The record is created. Select the Workbench just created and the workbench definition window displays.

Add any fields from available to displayed (including any custom fields). This allows you to show those fields that are important to you, in what order and user defined column headings. You also define what fields (including custom fields) are available in the charts. This completes the setup You can come to the workbench setup at any time to modify the settings or create new, user specific settings.
Customize the T&E Workbench
Custom Settings allow you to customize the workbench for users. Customer settings can be defined for the Organization or for specific User Profiles. In respect to the T&E Workbench there are two settings, one determines the links that appear on the upper left of the workbench for entering T&E Items and the other determines the quick entry interface that displays on the bottom portion of the workbench. To complete this task you must be logged in as System Administrator.
Navigate to Setup > App Setup > Develop > Custom Settings

Click Manage for Accorto Settings.

Click New in Default Organization Level Value.
Enter one of the following values in T&E Workbench Item
- TEItemsLinksAll - include the Case link in the T&E Item entry links (displayed in the upper left of the workbench).
- TEItemsLinks - do not include the Case Link in the T&E Item entry links.
Enter one of the following values in T&E Workbench Content:
- TEItemQuickTable - for table entry interface
- TEItemQuickSingle - for single entry interface
- TEItemTimesheet - for project timesheet interface.
Note: if you click on the ? next to the field labels, the available options are listed.

Click Save
You can also create settings for specific Users or Profiles. These will be used (as opposed to the Organization level values) for those Users or Users with the specified Profile.
Click New to create a New Setup Owner

Select a Location User or Profile and select the appropriate value.

Click Save
For the screen shots shown the result will be that if any user with a profile other than Standard Platform User accesses the T&E Workbench, they will see the Case link for T&E Items and they will see the Project Timesheet entry interface. If a user who has the Standard Platform User profile accesses the T&E Workbench, they will net see the Case link for T&E Items and they will see the Single entry interface.
This would be a recommended setting if you have Standard Platform Users as those users do not have access to the Case object.
